Our handcrafted pine wood swimbait is designed to replicate the natural rolling motion of a sunfish in two critical scenarios:
Spawning Display – Sunfish often tilt and roll during spawning to showcase their vibrant colors or release eggs, creating distinct lateral movements that attract both mates and predators.
Escape Instinct – When chased by predators, sunfish exhibit erratic rolling and darting, producing unpredictable, high-amplitude movements as they try to evade capture.

Enhanced Action & Balanced Design
Unlike conventional swimbaits, our lure’s larger rolling motion makes it stand out, triggering more aggressive strikes from predatory fish. With a length of 6.5 inches and a weight of 3.2 oz, it is the perfect size for ambush predators, large enough to be a substantial meal yet balanced for optimal control. The weight is also well-suited for heavy-duty setups like the Tatula 300, Tranx 300/400, or similar swimbait gear.
Premium Materials & Durability
Handcrafted from pine wood – More durable than balsa, capable of handling powerful fish.
Double Coating Protection – A 96-hour process ensures a strong, resilient finish, offering resistance to predator teeth like pike. While this minimizes epoxy scratches, hook scratches over time are inevitable.
Sunfish Series: Chartreuse
Sink Rate & Hook Customization
By default, the lure is floating. When equipped with BKK 1# hooks (1.7g each, 3.4g total), it becomes slow-sinking, making it ideal for a natural, controlled descent.
For further adjustments:
Using smaller hooks will reduce the sinking speed, allowing for a more subtle presentation.
With realistic action, premium durability, and customizable sink rates, this lure offers unmatched versatility for targeting trophy fish.
